Refund & Return Policy 

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once hair has been opened or used.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • If the product has been opened, worn, installed, combed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way, it is NOT eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used hair products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
